Shift:

The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 6:00pm to 6:15am. You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift.

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Operator I performs a variety of tasks that support manufacturing operations in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment. This role is responsible for executing defined production processes, performing equipment setup and basic maintenance, and ensuring highquality output through careful inspection and adherence to established procedures. The position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth production flow and supporting continuous improvement of products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Assembly

  • Perform manufacturing activities including assembly, testing, inspection, and basic troubleshooting according to documented procedures.

  • Follow detailed work instructions, process flows, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent and highquality production.

Equipment Setup & Maintenance

  • Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure operational readiness.

  • Escalate equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain throughput.

Process Monitoring & Data Collection

  • Collect and record operating data to ensure proper process control.

  • Make online equipment or process adjustments within defined limits to maintain quality and productivity.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with engineering teams to support tests, experiments, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Provide input to improve work methods, documentation, and efficiency.

Training & Team Support

  • Assist in training and mentoring new technicians or operators as assigned.

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Pay Range:

$17.05 - $22.37

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Livermore, California pays between $17.05 and $22.37 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
