Reporting into the Chief Customer Officer, theVice President, Deliveryisresponsible fordriving end-to-end delivery excellence acrossallproduct linesfor the enterprise. This role leads a team of leaders who oversee complex,cross functionaldeliveryfunctionsand ensure customercommitments,operational rigor, and strategic growthobjectivesare consistently achieved. The Vice President, Delivery, serves as a critical member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with the Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Sales and Finance to translate strategy into operational execution. The leader will establish scalable delivery strategy, elevate delivery maturity, and enable high performing teams to meet evolving customer and business needs. To be qualified for this position you have:
- 12+ years of experience in delivery, operations, consulting, program management, or related areas.
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing Director-level leaders or equivalent senior managers.
- Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed delivery organizations supporting multiple products or business lines.
- In-depth knowledge of delivery methodologies and bestpractice frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive operational transformation, implement scalable processes, and elevate delivery maturity.
- Exceptional executive communication,influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, healthcare, or similarly complex delivery environments.
- Prior responsibility forP&Lrelateddelivery metrics (revenue realization,utilization, efficiency).
- Prior experience in authorization orutilizationmanagement operations, preferably in a healthcare or payer environment.
- Background in working across product management, engineering, customer success, or sales organizations.
- Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile certifications, or similar credentials.

- Developing and driving the enterprise delivery strategy aligned with company goals, scaling delivery operations acrossallproduct lines.

- Partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to define delivery roadmaps, resource models, and capacity planning approaches.

- Setting the foundation for a professional services organization to support ongoing changes and customizations.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing leaders and their respective teams.
- Building a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across delivery functions.
- Providing thought leadership and guidance ondeliverybest practices, talent development, and organizational structure.
- Championinghighperformancebehaviors within the delivery organization.
- Overseeing the execution of delivery cycles for each product line; ensure commitments are met or exceededregardingquality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
- Establishing KPIs and dashboards tomonitordelivery performance, predict risks, and ensure early mitigation.
- Owning andoptimizingresource allocation, capacity management,utilizationtargets, andcrossfunctionalworkflow alignment.
- Serving as the executive point of contact for delivery performance across the organization.
- Communicating delivery updates, risks, mitigation strategies, and performance metrics to executive leadership.
- Collaborating with sales on scoping, pricing, and feasibility of complex engagements.
- Supporting strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting fordeliveryrelated resources and initiatives.
- Driving adoption of delivery methodologies, frameworks, and tools that enhance scalability and quality.
- Analyzing operational data and market trends to recommend strategic enhancements to delivery capabilities.
- Leading initiatives to modernize delivery infrastructure (e.g., tooling, automation, reporting technology).
- Embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the delivery organization.
