Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to co-own the strategic planning and implementation of automation systems, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
* Take responsibility for assessing deployment strategies and managing the installation and commissioning of new automation equipment, including training site personnel.
* Diagnose complex automation issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve system reliability.
* Utilize data management skills to analyze system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Travel up to 35% of the time to provide on-site support, training, and assessments as needed.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors with 10+ years in automation support, project management, within manufacturing or industrial environments, with successful automation projects.
* Strong background in automation troubleshooting and project management
* Analyzing automation analytics to drive data-informed decisions, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting automation systems, with a solid understanding of PLC logic and control systems

Preferred Qualifications:
* Professional certifications such as SMRP (Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
* Experience in automation within specific industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or pharmaceuticals
* Familiarity with advanced automation technologies, including robotics, IoT (Internet of Things) integration, and AI-based automation solutions, is a plus. Experience in implementing or managing technologies
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to interpret complex data sets and drive decision-making processes.
* Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale automation projects from inception to completion, including budget management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
