Join our TIS ERP/Transformation Team teamas a key member of the SCM Product Owner group, where you will play an influential role in shaping and delivering our Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and technical teams to design solutions that meet real business needs and drive meaningful outcomes across Oracle Supply Chain modules. Leveraging your knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery, you will act as a trusted bridge between system integrator partners and business subject matter experts-helping turn strategy into scalable, highvalue solutions. What You Will Do:

  • Support delivery of an endtoend Oracle Cloud SCM solution aligned with the ERP Transformation vision.

  • Define and govern solution operations, including processes, procedures, policies, and transitiontooperations readiness.

  • Ensure alignment across development, functional, and technical teams, and adherence to Enbridge standards.

  • Review and approve vendor deliverables (including RICEW) to ensure fitforpurpose and standards compliance.

  • Establish and enforce development best practices, tools, and processes across Oracle Cloud ERP and Data Hub for longterm sustainability.

  • Provide functional and technical leadership across internal teams and systems integrators to meet business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements.

  • Lead and support testing and deployment activities, including QA, SIT, UAT, cutover, hypercare, stabilization, and warranty.

  • Ensure solutions are fully operable and supportable by Enbridge TIS postproduction.

  • Assess new Oracle Cloud SCM capabilities and lead proofofconcepts to inform solution strategy and roadmap.

  • Provide technical and data expertise, including ERP data conversion, master data management, reporting, analytics, and business support.

  • Facilitate crossfunctional and crosstechnical meetings and presentations with stakeholders and leadership.

  • Maintain deep domain and application knowledge, staying current on solution design, progress, and system capabilities.

Who You Are:

Required:

  • Related University degree (e.g., Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent.

  • Background in ERP Supply Chain, with experience across Materials Management & Logistics inclusive of Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement, Contracts and Sourcing.

  • Seven or more years of relevant experience in roles such as Functional Analyst, Business/Systems Analyst, Functional Lead, or similar is preferred.

  • Experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP SCM modules, including handson involvement in requirements gathering, configuration support, and testing across 2 cycles

  • Good communication and engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and participate in indepth technical discussions with developers and SMEs.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary environments, including facilitating project meetings, leading training sessions, and participating in technical and design reviews.

  • Ability to interpret process flows and system interactions, understanding how data is captured, processed, and exchanged across applications and hardware components.

  • Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced program environment.

Preferred:

  • Technical skills such as SQL and advanced Excel to support data activities.

Working Conditions:

Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible and decisions affect all integrated processes associated with new or changed business or operations.

For Ontario, Canada only:

Base pay ranges from Minimum 110,000 CAD to Maximum 125,000 CAD based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

Physical Requirements:

Include but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
