JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, the successful candidate will focus on leading and optimizing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, with a strong focus on front-end governance, PR/PO compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This role drives adoption, accountability, and process excellence across sourcing, requisitioning, purchasing, contracting and invoice enablement.

The Director drives operational excellence, standardization, and digital transformation across procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and value realization. In partnership with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, this role leads transformation initiatives that enhance systems, improve supplier engagement, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions, advancing standardization, digital enablement, and operational performance across the S2I lifecycle.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Define and execute the enterprise Source-to-Invoice lifecycle strategy aligned with organizational objectives
  2. Lead end-to-end S2I operations, including sourcing support, contracting enablement, requisitioning, purchasing, and invoice enablement
  3. Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and improve accuracy
  4. Oversee procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba), ensuring optimal configuration, adoption, and performance
  5. Partner with IT and Finance to deliver digital transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
  6. Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance, compliance, and value delivery
  7. Lead supplier onboarding, enablement, and compliance programs to enhance supplier experience and data quality
  8. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards
  9. Identify and mitigate risks across supplier and procurement processes
  10. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus
  11. Manage stakeholder relationships and drive adoption of procurement best practices across the organization
  12. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements

JOB SCOPE:

This role operates at both a strategic and operational leadership level, with enterprise-wide impact across procurement. The Director is accountable for end-to-end S2I performance, with particular ownership of front-end governance, including PR/PO compliance, supplier enablement, and stakeholder adoption.

Also, the Director is responsible for leveraging the business scale, developing best-in-class systems/structure, driving growth and operational efficiency, and supporting the business growth by integrating mergers and acquisitions.

The Director, reports directly to the AVP, Procurement Operations and the location is flexible, as the position is primarily remote.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $150K-$160K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
