Reporting to the Director, Core Capabilities, the Sr. Digital Product Manager is an individual contributor who turns our core platform capabilities strategy into shippable solutions on the Experience Data Platform. Embedded with an assigned Core Capabilities engineering pod, this role focuses on capabilities such as TCPA Orchestrator, Attribution, PSC, and other reusable services, partnering with the Lead Digital Product Manager to translate business needs into clear, prioritized work for the pod. The Sr. Digital Product Manager manages the backlog and day-to-day delivery for their capability domains with their assigned pod. Working in an Agile Scrum environment, they lead and participate in key ceremonies, coordinate closely with Engineering and other delivery teams, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases that align with business, technical, and compliance standards. Success in this role requires solid product management skills, experience with agile delivery teams, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners. The Sr. Digital Product Manager owns a set of features end-to-end, contributes to roadmap planning, makes trade-off decisions based on team capacity and priorities, and maintains transparency and alignment across stakeholders. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
