*Implementation Manager - Group Benefits* *Make an Impact. Lead Complex Implementations. Shape the Client Experience.* Are you a strategic problemsolver who thrives at the intersection of client relationships, project management, and operational excellence? We're looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead highvisibility implementations for National Account, MidMarket, and Regional policyholders. In this role, you'll serve as the driving force behind seamless onboarding experiences-partnering with clients, brokers, and internal teams to deliver customized, highimpact solutions.
This is an opportunity to own complex implementations from start to finish, influence process improvements, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional client outcomes. *What You'll Do* As an Implementation Manager, you will: * Lead endtoend implementations by developing customized implementation plans for each new policyholder, proactively identifying and resolving transition challenges. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal partners, ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency throughout the implementation lifecycle. * Build deep client relationships by gaining insight into each client's culture, priorities, and goals-and translating that knowledge into tailored, effective solutions. * Advocate for client needs internally, coordinating resources and driving crossfunctional collaboration to ensure successful outcomes. * Respond to client and broker requests by providing documentation, addressing questions, and facilitating internal process adjustments as needed. * Support enrollment strategy by facilitating the development of employee communications that drive engagement and understanding. * Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing shifting priorities, tight timelines, and high expectations. * Partner with Implementation leadership to drive operational efficiencies, identify best practices, and continuously improve workflows. * Analyze and improve processes, recommending enhancements that streamline operations and elevate the client experience. * Prepare for and lead client meetings, including finalist presentations and implementation kickoffs, confidently presenting information to diverse audiences. *What You Bring* *Education* * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). *Experience & Skills* * 5+ years of insurance experience with progressive responsibility, ideally in: * Project management * Benefits administration * Large case management * Enrollment technology * Experience working directly with HR departments and brokers strongly preferred. * Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. * Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, solutionsoriented approach. * Excellent critical thinking, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills. * Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and expectations. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization. * Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills. * Advanced project management capabilities with a proven ability to multitask successfully in a fastpaced environment. *Why Join Us?* * Play a key role in highprofile, complex implementations that directly impact client success. * Collaborate with experienced leaders and crossfunctional teams in a resultsdriven environment. * Apply your expertise while helping shape operational improvements and best practices. * Grow your career in a role that values initiative, accountability, and strategic thinking. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
