The Inside Sales Coordinator is the engine that keeps orders moving and customers smiling. From quote to shipment, you own the entire order lifecycle-processing orders, reviewing submittal drawings, and managing changes with precision and speed. You're the go-to connector between customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing-making sure everyone stays aligned and nothing falls through the cracks. Your attention to detail keeps our ERP data clean, our deliveries on time, and our quality standards high.

What Success Looks Like
- Own submittals-review for accuracy and drive approvals from start to finish.
- Run the order lifecycle-create, update, and manage quotes, orders, and changes in ERP.
- Execute fast and clean-process updates with precision and keep records dialed in.
- Be the go-to-support customers and distributors with clear, confident communication.
- Turn updates into trust-own order status, submittals, and delivery timelines.
- Connect the business-align sales, manufacturing, and scheduling to keep orders moving.
- Protect the system-maintain data integrity and continuously improve how we work.
Qualifications That Shine
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or sales support.
- Experience in order management, customer support, or manufacturing/distribution.
- Exposure to submittals, product configurations, or technical documentation is a plus.
- Detail-driven with the ability to review technical docs and drawings with precision.
- Clear, confident communicator-written and verbal.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Highly organized with strong coordination skills.
- Collaborative mindset-works seamlessly across teams.
- Comfortable with ERP systems and Microsoft 365.

Transparent Rewards At GFS, we recognize the dedication behind every role and ensure that our compensation reflects both your impact and our shared success.
Pay Range: $19.16 - $24.12 per hour, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
