What You'll Do Lead and supervise installation crews on tent and event buildouts Execute layouts for tents, flooring, lighting, and site infrastructure Operate within tight timelines while maintaining high-end standards Coordinate load-ins and strike schedules with precision Ensure safety, organization, and efficiency on every job site Serve as the point person between crew, management, and logistics The Work Rhythm This is a role for someone who embraces the season: Peak Seasons: April - June August - October Expect long hours, heavy workloads, and full commitment during these windows Off-season offers a more balanced pace If you're used to tour life, festival builds, or seasonal grind - this will feel familiar. What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in: Tent installation, construction, or live event production Strong understanding of site logistics and physical build processes Ability to manage crews and maintain morale during long days Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license and DOT Physical Card (CDL a plus but not mandatory) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
