About This Role
Theassistant directoris responsible forthe design, development,deliveryand continuous improvement of core learning and organizational development programs. This role owns the full program lifecycle-from curriculum architecture and content development tofacilitationquality and partnership engagement. Theassistant director serves as the primary facilitator and instructional designer for flagship and foundational programs across the organization. Working closely with the director, this role ensures that learning experiences are scalable, high-quality and aligned to organizational needs.
