OITAUDS IT Analyst (East Campus) Be You. Be Bold. Choose Duke. Be You Duke University's Office of Information Technology (OIT) is seeking an OITAUDS IT Analyst to join the Academic, User & Device Support (AUDS) East Campus team. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role provides handson, highquality technical computing support to faculty, staff, researchers, and administrators across the University. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex issues, working directly with customers, and supporting critical academic and research environments. You will play an important role in delivering dependable, secure, and innovative IT services that support Duke's mission. Minimum Requirements

Working Conditions The working environment is a typical office environment. This role will require working under a desk to install equipment and occasionally working on a ladder to install, maintain, or troubleshoot equipment. The ability to lift desktops and other computer equipment and carry them short distances, including stairs, is required. Occasional need for short-distance travel via personal vehicle may be needed.
