Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs in facility including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PLC and pneumatic repairs on all equipment. Communicating and coordinating repairs with supervisors, leads, and operators
  • Responsible for completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
  • Reviews documentation within PM software for accuracy and clarity. Provides feedback and observations for improvement of content within PM software.
  • Performs repair work and diagnostic work using hoists, hand, and power tools; determining potential defective and damaged components.
  • Assist in the installation of new machinery, fixtures, and necessary hookups.
  • May install and repair electrical apparatus such as; electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders, verifying receipt. When repair parts are not available, assists in identifying or producing suitable replacement parts, fixtures, components, etc.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Uses safe working practices and reports/repairs any hazardous conditions.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $24.61/hr to $35.15/hr
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
