Position Summary

Key individual contributor and coordination role responsible for directing and generating new business opportunities for a major program, value stream, and technology within a division. Works with current and potential customers, the sales/marketing team, and within the New Product Commercialization process to promote new and current technologies, products, and services to meet customer needs and to determine how the company capabilities can be leveraged into additional sales.

Accountable for sales growth across a broad market base of B2B customers in aerospace, automotive, consumer electronics, defense, general industrial, telecommunications, information technology, life sciences. Accountable for meeting/exceeding sales goals and objectives. Responsible for maintaining effective records and agreements and proactively supporting the corporation's growth strategy. Position maintains a primary reporting relationship with the Division Marketing Manager to ensure adherence to product line and division strategies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

* Conceptualize new products for development in the New Product Commercialization.
* Work on metals product line to drive top sales for globally sourced products.
* Develop products and operational roadmaps detailing future products.
* Work closely with marketing team to develop market knowledge for strategies.
* Proactively identify new opportunities in which existing products or services can be utilized.
* Develop business models for the technologies which include projected sales, potential market penetration, gross margins, risk analysis, and business feasibility.
* Participate in technical seminars (Tech Days), product training and exhibitions.
* Manage large customer projects to ensure execution.
* Identify new partners to further Chomerics growth strategy.
* Identification and launch of Innovative Product opportunities.
* Conducts and documents competitive research, paradigm shifting technologies, new market trends and customer requirements for electronics.
* Initiate new product and technology benchmarking activities which include testing, component analysis, cost analysis, design comparisons, market channel analysis, risk analysis, etc.
* Produce marketing analysis and reports / presentations to division and group management as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or have U.S. Permanent Resident Status.

  • 4-year bachelor's degree required.
  • 4-6 years of related experience required.
  • PC skills a must.
  • Must be able to travel by car as required with overnight stays.
  • Must be able to travel by plane as required with overnight stays.

Competitive Compensation

  • Pay Range: $104400 to $174150 annually
  • Participation in Annual Incentive Program
