Overview
Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $77.51-86.13 Hourly W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match Start Date: ASAP Please note, rates vary by location - Culver City $79.97/hr, Cupertino $86.13/hr Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong focus on Developer Experience to assist and lead in translating business needs into technical execution for their internal web applications and services. Candidates should have a deep understanding of software development lifecycles and what engineering teams need to build and maintain cloud-based applications efficiently. This is a role for a problem solver who is eager to influence not only what software they build, but how it is built and experienced by their engineering teams. You will take ownership of business and product requirements, conduct thorough gap analyses, and translate these into clear, actionable technical requirements. You bring a balance of curiosity and resourcefulness. You should be able to dive deep into technical details to find solutions independently, while recognizing when collaboration with your team is essential. You are a communicator at heart, able to clearly articulate technical ideas, challenges, and solutions to both technical and nontechnical teams. Your communication style fosters strong collaboration across operational, technical, and creative teams. Because you understand the developer experience, you know that clear, concise, and well-documented requirements are key - whether communicated via Jira, Confluence, email, or face-to-face conversations. In a small team, everyone wears a lot of hats. You are not afraid to get into the weeds of technical specifications, but also know when it's time to pull back and prioritize the bigger picture. You respect both your own time and the time of others, knowing when to work independently and when to bring forward your ideas to help evolve the team's processes and vision. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining level-headed under pressure and adapting quickly when priorities change. You're organized and able to keep multiple projects moving forward, even as deadlines shift or new challenges emerge. Flexibility is key. You're comfortable with pivoting, whether that means starting over or changing direction entirely. If you're excited about being part of a dynamic, growing team and have the ability to take ownership of projects while contributing to collective success, we'd love to hear from you.
