Role Description & Responsibilities

Dassault Systemes' Treasury department is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join our amazing team. This position is hybrid and office days will be based in our Waltham, MA location (North America Headquarters).

The Treasury Analyst will support the Americas Treasury department with Americas projects, integrations, processes, systems and controls. This role is heavily involved with system project support, internal controls, process documentation and banking documentation/KYC. This role also includes working in our TMS (Treasury Management System) and banking portals and supporting from an administration perspective. Monthly responsibilities will include generating reporting required for closing, following up that all closing tasks/controls are complete and ensuring storage items are retained. Additionally, this position is expected to support annual and ad hoc projects as required. This position works heavily with internal consumers such as AP, AR and Accounting daily, and with external customers such as banks and investment partners regularly.

  • Support Internal & External audit control review & response
  • Support the ambitious Treasury integration roadmap and projects as well as the needs of internal customers (i.e., IT, accounting, Legal, HR...)
  • Technology watch to identify, analyze, and report on emerging technologies and market trends
  • Treasury systems innovations, deployment, administration, training and set up (i.e. Treasury Management System (TMS), banking portals, etc.)
  • Aid in Banking technology reviews, delegations, T&C's, NDA, KYC, account opening/closing, paperwork updates, Treasury budget PO managing
  • Collaborate and draft standard operating procedures for various Treasury processes and policies
  • Uphold awareness of Fraud prevention, active role in awareness
Qualifications
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Treasury within an international company
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong financial and banking background
  • Appetite to learn and progress in a rapid changing & evolving, as well as growing environment
  • Technical experience using banking portals and TMS is a +
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent business writing skills and exceptional communication skills
  • Attention to details and internal control experience
  • Project Management experience
