POSITION SUMMARYThe WMS Super Useris responsible forthe efficient transmission of information and the storage and analysis of informationby means ofcomputer networks and systems, the Internet, and computer databases. Responsibilities include but are not limited to installing,maintainingand supporting thefacilitiescomputer systems. The WMS Super User will provide general maintenance and system updates on network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to users. May gather data TO EVALUATE A SYSTEM'S PERFORMACE, IDENTIFY USER NEEDS, ANDdeterminesystem and network requirements. May berequiredto be "on call" outside of normal business hoursin order toresolve system failures or other problems. Will rely on experience and judgement to plan andaccomplishgoals.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OperationsActs as the primary support of the client's systems solutions for the user community.Develops andmaintainstracking tools for support service requests and resolutions by location and resourceEngagesappropriate expertresources when complex support issues arise outside of the WMS-Red Prairie and/or SAP applicationWorks with the company's team to successfully close support service request issues and support testing activitiesWorks with project teams to help implement,maintain, and improve Internal SystemsEnsures that company and company assets aremaintainedresponsiblyEffectively communicates relevant IT-related information to site management and client management (asappropriate)Maintains system efficiency. For this position, the expected base pay range is annually.
