Summary: The B2B Marketing Manager will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing and lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aimed at advancing the company's fuel distribution business. The role will also partner closely with account management and business development teams to create communications that effectively engage new & existing customers and articulate our company value proposition and initiatives to drive new qualified lead generations. This highimpact position requires extensive crossfunctional collaboration and regular interaction with customers, partners, and senior leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and executing B2B programs that generate high-quality leads and support pipeline growth. * Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy and multichannel campaigns at the national, regional, and local levels to drive highquality lead generation. * Lead the coordination and development of all B2B creative and marketing materials-including paid digital and social media assets, highimpact messaging, sales collateral, brochures, and exhibits-to effectively articulate clear value propositions. * Implement a structured leadvetting and nurturing process to reduce unqualified leads and accelerate highquality prospects to the appropriate Account Management team. * Partner with Account Management to develop and execute the Trade Show and Petroleum Marketing Association membership strategy, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing spend and resources. * Lead the development and management of the promotional calendar, including briefing creative and media agencies and internal partners on program elements, production requirements, and budget planning. * Support in the on-going management of the marketing budget including PO set-up and monthly forecasting. * Continuously track & evaluate program performance, monitor shifts in customer behavior, and adjust marketing strategies to enhance effectiveness and achieve program goals. * Establish and measure KPIs including cost per acquisition and cost per contract. * Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operations to optimize customer touchpoints, streamline processes, and deliver a consistent, high-quality end-to-end B2B customer experience across marketing and sales interactions improving lead progression, conversion, and overall B2B customer experience. * Support B2B ad-hoc projects, as needed.
