Job Summary The DB Retirement Manager is responsible for overseeing and administering all aspects of the health system's retirement benefit programs, including pension and other retirement savings vehicles. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, manages vendor relationships, provides employee education and support, and collaborates with HR and Finance teams to optimize retirement benefit offerings for over 45,000 employees across multiple facilities. The position requires expertise in retirement plan administration, fiduciary responsibilities, and employee benefits management within the healthcare industry. Essential Functions
