Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Marvin Roanoke is hiring a Senior Engineer! Join a team that's driving the future of manufacturing. You'll mentor engineers, guide technical strategy, and deliver projects tied to operational goals, capital investments, ROI, and product development. * Lead and develop the Engineering team, including hiring, training, performance management, and overall department direction.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required
• Strong written and oral communication are required
• A minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required
• Demonstrated, strong project management skills required
• Excellent self direction and time management.
