We are seeking a highly talented Sales, Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as the analytical and strategic backbone for the Mopar Accessories Portfolio. You will be responsible for converting the Director's high-level vision into actionable sales playbooks, rigorous forecasts, and executive-level narratives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial execution, helping transform how Mopar Accessories create value across the Stellantis brand portfolio. You will empower our dealer network with the programs, incentives, and insights needed to drive accessory penetration and stronger customer engagement. We are looking for someone who brings both analytical rigor and creative energy leader who can use data to shape strategy while challenging conventional thinking and unlocking bold new opportunities for growth.
