Your role will include: * Supporting Account Executives in sales initiatives. * Managing administrative tasks, pipeline coordination, and CRM systems. * Processing orders and aiding with prospecting, research, and sales planning. * Bridging communication between Account Executives, agency buyers, and clients. Requirements for this role: * A proactive team player who can multitask in a dynamic environment. * Customer-oriented focus with the ability to thrive under pressure. * Deep understanding of the local TV marketplace with a willingness to embrace learning and growth. * Familiarity with Wide Orbit software is an advantage. * Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Proficiency in Microsoft Office with stellar organization and prioritization skills. A college degree and digital experience are preferred, but we are open to passionate individuals eager to contribute to our success. Minimum three years' experience and/or training. Media Sales Experience a Plus. | |
