Job Description Summary Location:#LI-Hybrid Job Description Summary The Director, Data Strategy & Value Delivery serves as a leadership partner within the US Data Strategy & Governance organization at Novartis. This role supports DS&G leadership in shaping, governing, and advancing the US enterprise data agenda, ensuring priorities are translated into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable value. The Director is accountable for driving operational rigor and leadership effectiveness across Data Strategy & Governance. Core responsibilities include managing US data councils and governance forums, overseeing team budgets and investment tracking, coordinating high priority enterprise data initiatives, and providing direct support to DS&G leadership through planning, synthesis, and execution management. The role acts as an integrator across governance, finance, technology, and analytics teams-maintaining alignment, surfacing risks and tradeoffs, and ensuring sustained progress on critical data priorities. The Director influences outcomes through structure, insight, and leadership presence rather than formal authority. The role enables effective decision making and execution across DS&G while partnering closely with IDS (Insights & Decision Science), Commercial, Medical, Market Access, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure data investments are governed, prioritized, and delivering intended impact. This position will be located at East Hanover, NJ site and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 15% travel as defined by the business (domestic and/ or international). Job Description Key Responsibilities:

The salary for this position is expected to range between $185,500.00 and $344,500.00 year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
