Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled PLC Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by installing, programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC systems and plant electrical equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance of machinery, automation systems, and power distribution components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, troubleshoot, and repair PLC systems (Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Maintain and service electrical systems, motors, drives, and switchgear
• Design and build control panels and automation solutions
• Diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues across the plant
• Support robotic systems and automation improvements
• Perform both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks
• Track maintenance activities and work orders in CMMS

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Electronics or equivalent training
• 3+ years of hands-on PLC and industrial electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment:

Combination of plant floor, office, and outdoor settings with exposure to industrial noise and physical activity.
