Quality Process Engineer - Sturbridge, SC

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 | Direct Hire

We are seeking a motivated Quality Process Engineer to support and enhance our manufacturing and quality systems. This role focuses on improving quality processes, documentation, and continual improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with internal and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to understand key product and assembly requirements
• Develop, revise, and maintain process documentation for clarity and compliance
• Identify opportunities to mitigate risks and prevent errors
• Lead internal audits, Gemba walks, and continual improvement meetings
• Apply change management systems for document release and updates
• Challenge existing protocols to improve usability and effectiveness

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering or quality process development
• Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and customer focus
• Experience with process auditing, ISO 9001 systems, and continual improvement practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio)
• Ability to communicate technical content clearly to diverse audiences
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
