Mercyhealth, an award-winning fully integrated health care delivery organization based in Wisconsin and Illinois, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Family Medicine - Community Health Center in Freeport, IL.

Opportunity:

  • Collaborate with experienced Family Practice Physicians to provide exceptional, quality patient care
  • Provide care of established patients for treatment and management of both acute and chronic conditions
  • Hours are Monday-Friday; Call rotating amongst outpatient providers

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited MSN / DNP program
  • Current IL APRN
  • Current IL RN license
  • Current IL DEA
  • CPR Certification
  • Other certifications as required
