Position Summary/ Department Summary:
The Department of Cardiology at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant (CRA) to support a Sports and Exercise Cardiology research program focused on efficient, high-quality data collection in the exercise lab and clinic. This role will be working closely with clinicians and exercise physiologists to coordinate participant workflows, collect and manage study data, and support reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable interacting with patients and families, and skilled at managing research databases, especially REDCap-with strong attention to detail. A background in sports and exercise is helpful but not required. Key Responsibilities:

The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
