The Product Design team at Procore is a group of strategic partners who define and deliver all user-facing aspects of our platform. You will join the Resource Management group, which is responsible for how contractors manage their most vital assets: labor, equipment, and materials. Specifically, you will lead design for the Materials team. We are a field-first group dedicated to digitizing the entire material lifecycle-bridging the gap between the field teams installing work and the office teams procuring resources. We work directly with Engineers and Product Managers as strategic partners to turn complex physical logistics into high-quality digital experiences that connect the yard directly to project financials and the budget in real-time. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Design and will be based in our Austin, TX office.We're looking for someone to join us immediately. Apply today to join our team of Groundbreakers. What you'll do: You will lead the end-to-end design strategy for our Materials suite, collaborating closely with other designers to set a high bar for craft and quality experience. This role is a mix of product strategy and new feature development, offering the opportunity to understand the unique constraints of the construction site to build solutions that help contractors stay profitable and on schedule.
What we are looking for :
Base Pay Range: 168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
