Overview

As theExecutive Business Administrator to the Corporate Vice President of MTP AI, you will be a critical member of our team, helping us make the world safer and more productive for all. The Microsoft Security organization accelerates bold ambitions to ensure that our company and industry is securing digital technology platforms, devices, and clouds in our customers' heterogeneous environments, as well as ensuring the security of our own internal estate. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience navigating and changing direction quickly within a demanding environment. As the front-line representative of the office of the CVP, this person will have stellar people skills, strong mindfulness, the ability to self-direct, solid organizational skills,demonstratedinitiative, strong workethicand the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This person will communicate effectively and collaboratively with the leadership team, and others at all levels of the organization. This person must have the highest level of integrity and business professionalism to be able to deal with extremely sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.



Responsibilities

In the position ofExecutive Business Administrator, you will support the CVP by performing a variety of complex administrative work including, but not limited to:

    • Proactively manage and prioritizecomplexand constantly changing calendars, resulting in the CVP staying focused on their business priorities, working efficiently, and ensuring they are fully prepared andtimelyfor meetings.
    • Partner closely with the MTP Business Manager, Leadership Team, and other key business stakeholders to ensure strategic time management for the CVP.
    • Work with the MTP Business Manager on aligning Leadership Rhythms, Customer and Partner engagements with the CVPs calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments.
    • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including the ability to maplogisticspursuant tothe cultural and business protocols; meet the travel requirements of the CVP and traveling team; andpartner inplanning meetings andlogistics.
    • Manage andmaintainteam aliases for the MTP AI organization.
    • Work with the teamonheadcountand space planning, including creating PCNs and updatingpeoplerecords in systems (e.g.,Employee Central) as needed.
    • Prepare, approve, and process business expenses for the CVP and Leadership Team.
    • Plan and manageoversight of the morale budget, spend, and events.
    • Help support the broader MTP AI and CES admin team,assistin providing coaching and mentoring to other FTE or vendor admins as needed.
    • Support business and team events, including but not limitedto;global offsites,moraleeventsand corporate events.


    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management?

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience partnering with business leadership and other executive administrators.
    • Supported a global team, with remote employees, dealing with ambiguityin a timely manner.
    • Expert user of Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint AND experience using OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, or similar collaboration tools.
    • Experience in successfully partnering with Chief of Staff and business management teams, as well as multiple EAs and administrators.
    • Ability to work independently while being proactive and changing direction in response to an agile work environment.
    • Demonstrate drive and initiative to identify, solve, and follow-through on problems and to achieve results in a timely fashion with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
    • Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment and reprioritize to align with business objectives.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute efficiently and effectively.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and cross-collaboration skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft productivity software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, along with internal applications including Employee Central, HR Insights, MyExpense2, MyOrder, MyDevice, MyTravel, MSS, and Talent Hub.

    Other Qualifications:

    • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.
