TS Client Integration Technical Consultant

SUMMARY: As a Client Integration Technical Consultant, you will be responsible supporting file transfer and API solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with internal partners such as RMs and Bankers along with Treasury Consulting, Client Delivery and Client Advocacy to understand their technical requirements, recommend best practices, and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Cash and Treasury Management products and services, file transfer protocols, APIs, and strong problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.



  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients in collaboration with our internal Treasury Solution Consulting, Client Delivery and Client Advocacy to provide a seamless client onboarding experience for all File Transmission (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, SWIFT) & File Translation onboardings ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and implement standard dedicated processes for file transfer and file translation set-ups and associated key exchanges (SSH / PGP & Other) ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices for file transfer and API communication protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to file transfer and API integration.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including client onboarding, client process flows, and user and onboarding guides. SME standard file and custom mapping and set-ups.
  • Production validation for new release changes including File Transfer, SWIFT, and API solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as development, QA, and support, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Analyze existing onboarding processes and practices to identify automation opportunities.
  • Gather and technical requirements for file transfer and API integration that are non-standard and bring these to the Client Integration Product Manager for evaluation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions to clients.
  • Exercise deep problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve for client integration issues.
  • Production support responsibilities including troubleshooting.
  • Partner with Consulting to help sell integration solutions to prospects and clients.
  • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
  • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
  • Identifies and reports suspicious activity.


EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

EXPERIENCE



  • 5+ years of experience in integration technologies, including file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) and API development required.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, encryption methodologies, and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS) required.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) and integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) preferred.
