Position Summary

The Director, Strategy & Projects provides a critical bridge between data-driven operations, executive leadership and strategic decision-making by supporting high-level case management and strategic design for the Undergraduate Admissions Office (UGA). Lead both short- and long-term projects that strengthen communication, cultivate trust and collaboration, and position UGA to achieve its institutional goals within GEMSS. Partner with undergraduate admissions leadership on strategic planning and data support, while also managing high profile cases involving prospective and admitted applicants and campus partners. By conducting thorough research and providing vetted recommendations to leadership, ensure that high-profile cases are handled with absolute confidentiality and in strict accordance with University policy.
