Guard Site Manager (GSM) / Mogadishu, Somalia ** Contingent Upon Award ** DOD GPS

Summary:

The Guard Site Manager (GSM) is responsible to the COR and the installation force protection officer for the scheduling, supervision, and other direction and control of all SOC security personnel at contract location. The GSM is the planning and operations linkage between the government and SOC for all contracted security functions. The GSM schedules team composition and shift periods, overseas transfer of responsibility between shifts, and reports to the COR and FPO on the status of SOC's security forces, Interfaces directly with US Government supervisory personnel and acts as a designated company POC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

-Manage and direct guard operations on a daily basis, oversee security force performance under direction from US government supervisory personnel IAW DoD, AR, corporate and Mogadishu regulations.

-Plan, manage , oversee, and evaluate guard force operations and contract budget. Make and carry out management decisions, fulfilling all management functions for the contract site.

-Ensure that all guard personnel are aware of an abide by all post and general order.

-Coordinate with the site and corporate leadership.

-Oversight and management of direct reports and leadership of in-direct reports.
