Description Maine Medical Center Biddeford Requisition # 69970 Maine Medical Center - Biddeford is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our Cardiac Medical/Surgical Unit (MS4). This 40bed Intermediate Care Unit provides highquality stepdown care for patients transitioning from ICU-level support, with a strong focus on postcardiac procedures and acute cardiac needs. We are looking for a driven leader committed to delivering exceptional patient care-someone who brings strong decisionmaking abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to foster professional growth within a dynamic nursing team. The ideal candidate will excel at creative and safe staffing management, effective collaboration, and guiding a highperforming team within an acute care environment. Summary: The Nurse Manager has 24-hour accountability for the provision of nursing services on their unit. S/he is responsible for maintaining systems and procedures that will ensure quality patient care, promote cost effectiveness, educate and support competent nursing practice. The Nurse Manager skills entail coaching, motivating and leading a professional team to provide safe and effective care.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
