Content Marketing Specialist Location: Hybrid - Westminster, ColoradoReports to: Product Marketing LeadTeam: Corporate & Product MarketingEmployment Type: Full-timeTravel: MinimalClearance: Not required The Opportunity This is a mid-level, high-impact individual contributor role for someone with 5-8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing. You'll help shape and execute content strategy across two critical areas: Foundational product marketing content that equips sales and product teams with clear, compelling messaging and collateral Integrated content campaigns that deliver the right message, in the right channel, at the right time to support product, partner, and corporate marketing priorities You'll be asked to determine what content matters, how to effectively build and deploy that content, and shape programmatic campaigns that drive business outcomes. In your first 3-6 months, success looks like:
  • Clear, consistent product messaging deployed across marketing and sales materials
  • High-quality foundational collateral supporting product and partner initiatives
  • Steady stream of content campaigns aligned to business priorities
  • Improved clarity and cohesion in how Vantor communicates complex innovation
What You'll Own Product Marketing Content
  • Develop and refine product marketing collateral (datasheets, pitch decks, solution briefs)
  • Support sales enablement materials (messaging frameworks, demo narratives, positioning documents)
  • Translate complex, highly technical solutions into clear, benefit-driven messaging
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineering leadership to ensure accuracy and depth
Integrated Content Campaigns
  • Define campaign strategy and messaging for priority marketing initiatives
  • Own editorial calendar planning for your initiatives
  • Recommend the right content mix across formats and channels (blog, case studies, white papers, product launches, partner materials, web copy, email, social, etc.)
  • Execute priority content assets directly; collaborate with internal and external contributors as needed
  • Track performance and contribute to collective team KPIs
Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Sits within Corporate & Product Marketing, collaborates with GTM marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering
  • Conduct SME interviews to extract insights and turn them into compelling narratives
  • Ensure messaging consistency across campaigns and customer touchpoints
What We're Looking For Experience
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing
  • Experience supporting marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical products into clear, engaging content
  • Experience working with enterprise and/or government audiences preferred
must-have skills:
  • campaign building: can take a product launch and develop a full plan (which channels, what content mix, what the rollout looks like over time)
  • channel strategy: knows where content should live and why; knows how to keep a campaign running over weeks/months
  • performance tracking: can define success metrics, report on results, and measure growth (web traffic, click-throughs, engagement, etc.)
  • project management: comfortable owning an Asana project, hitting milestones, and keeping team accountable
  • experience working with a marketing ops/tech function, even if they don't own it themselves
soft skills:
  • rigor/toughness: someone who follows through, holds deadlines, and drives accountability (someone who can say "no" / be a hard-ass for deadlines)
  • collaborative across teams (marketing, product, sales, enablement, design, martech)
  • operate independently: we can hand them a launch and they build the plan, work with budget owners, and come back with structured deadlines

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

* The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $97,000.00 - $161,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
