Bringing together traditional and alternative investments, Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management provides clients around the world with a dedicated partnership and focus on long-term performance. As a primary investment area within Goldman Sachs, we provide investment and advisory services for pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, financial advisors and individuals. Within AWM, the Financing and Debt Capital Markets team ("DCM") is responsible for sourcing, negotiation and execution of financing agreements for funds and products managed by Goldman Sachs. The team ensures global consistency in terms and adherence to critical risk management principles, while managing the firm's lender and counterparty relationships to originate and optimize debt capital for various investment products. This capital is a critical component of the performance we deliver to our investors. Associates within DCM will support more senior team members in the execution of transactions and manage a variety of recurring tasks, while also mentoring junior team members. The successful applicant will demonstrate a consistent track-record of achievement, be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, can manage multiple projects concurrently, and possess strong interpersonal and technical skills.
