As a Staffing Coordinator you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at by scheduling employees to meet our resident's needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of relevant experience; CNA/CMA is preferable for potential covering shift hours as needed but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
