The Facilities Space and Move Planner, with Design and Construction, participates in space planning, programming to optimize hospital, clinic, and administrative spaces, enabling work, and assists with the planning, development, implementation of projects and initiatives on the health campus. The Facilities Space and Move Planner analyzes current space utilizations and allocations and makes recommendations for best use and institutional priorities. Works in conjunction with the Space and Move Coordinator to update and maintain the space database (Tririga), identify opportunities for future space needs, and manages inventory and deployment of repurposed furniture. Oversees department move services PO's, chargebacks, and invoicing. Works closely with various user groups, as well as support services throughout the hospital to ensure smooth project delivery. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $88,000 - $161,600 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $42.15 - $77.39 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
