This position will all have interchangeable locations between Hillcrest, La Jolla and East Campus Medical Centers based on business needs. The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of Registration sites which include timekeeping, On Call rotation, scheduling, provides orientation and training to staff, performance evaluations, monitoring staff productivity, identifying deficiencies, participates in decision-making hiring, disciplinary actions, human resources matters and team support and guidance. Other duties include maintaining quality customer service standards, excellent communications skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration and professionalism that supports all aspects of UC San Diego Health Core Values. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $65,800 - $115,000 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $31.51 - $55.08 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
