Digital Fundraising Specialist, Development and Communications Location: POSITION TYPE: Employee: Full Time, US POSITION TITLE: Digital Fundraising Specialist DIVISION: Development & Communications REPORTS TO: Associate Director, Digital Fundraising Project HOPE is an international NGO of more than 900 engaged employees and hundreds of volunteers who work in more than 25 countries, responding to the world's most pressing global health challenges. POSITION SUMMARY: The Digital Fundraising Specialist executes Project HOPE's integrated digital strategy across email, SMS, digital advertising (SEM, paid social, display), and emerging digital channels, and supports the overall operations of the digital fundraising program and team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Digital Fundraising, this role will help grow the digital constituent base through acquisition and lead generation, optimization of digital donor journeys, and engaging audiences effectively, helping build long-lasting relationships with the organization. The starting salary for this role is $65,000 annually. Compensation for the role is dependent on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
