What you'll be doing...The Wireless Priority Services (WPS) Wireless Quality Assurance Engineer is the wireless interface between WPS Engineering and WPS Operations, for performance monitoring, performance reporting, and WPS wireless system parameter compliance in accordance with Wireless Priority Services products. You are dependable and enjoy the flexibility necessary to support the rotational needs of a technical support environment. You enjoy developing and maintaining excellent proactive, working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company, especially internal teams. You thrive on researching highly technical subject matter, organize information from multiple sources, utilizing various wireless network tools, and express technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readers.
