Electrical Site Supervisor

Long Term Project at Diablo Canyon in San Luis Obispo, CA.

As an Electrical Supervisor in our nuclear operations, you will:

• * Manage logistics operations, staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards
• * Supervise electrical work related to maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting within nuclear facilities
• * Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• * Lead and support electrical crews, ensuring safe work practices and high-quality performance
• * Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets industry codes and nuclear safety requirements
• * Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and safety checks

Who You Are:

• As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
• * Extensive field experience in electrical work within a union environment
• * Prior experience working in nuclear facilities or other highly regulated environments
• * Leadership with the ability to manage crews and resolve issues on-site
• * Deep understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance
• * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• * Relevant certifications (e.g., journeyman electrician, OSHA training, nuclear site clearance)
• * High School Graduate or Equivalent

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $65/hour to $90/hour.
