Our nationally recognized specialists at ChristianaCare provide innovative care for people with heart failure, effectively managing symptoms and slowing the progression of the disease. We offer the most effective treatments for heart failure, based on the most current medical guidelines and scientificresearch. Our team includes: heart failure physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, supportive and palliative care specialists and behavioral health specialists who work closely with our patients primary cardiologist to ensure that they are receiving the best care possible.
