Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Recruiter/Generalist is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing recruitment efforts and selection processes for hospital personnel. This position will serve as a vital member of the Human Resources department and will assist in developing and maintaining a proactive recruitment process consistent with the hospitals overall mission and goals. This position will also provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Director and department on a variety of duties including but not limited to, maintaining the accuracy of employee data and personnel files. One to three years' experience in a human resources generalist and/or administrative position, preferably in the behavioral health field or a related healthcare industry.
