Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for providing overall human resources strategy and support for aligning business objectives with employees and facility management in designated business units. This position reports to the CEO and serves as a consultant to management on human resources related issues and employee relations. The successful Manager acts as an employee champion and change agent and acts as the primary guardian of local HR policy and steps related to progressive discipline. The role assesses and anticipates HR related needs, and acts as a business partner to the CEO and the leadership team in developing the organization's strategic plan, and ensuring adequate staffing as well as HR compliance with existing policy and/or statutes.
