**What You'll Do**

* Design, develop, and maintain advanced test automation frameworks specifically for mobile applications.

* Create, execute, and optimize automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality product delivery.

* Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the continuous delivery pipeline.

* Leverage advanced testing tools and platforms for real device testing, parallel execution, and platform optimization.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, fostering a culture of quality.

* Successfully manage and deliver quality assurance for multiple projects across various teams, often geographically distributed, with concurrent releases.

**What You'll Bring (Must-Haves)**

* A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.

* At least 4 years of experience building and maintaining robust test automation frameworks.

* 5+ years of expertise in developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts, including proficiency with tools like Appium.

* Strong hands-on coding skills in Java or other object-oriented programming languages.

* Familiarity with various Test Framework design patterns such as Singleton and Page Object Model (POM).

* Advanced experience leveraging real device cloud platforms for testing, including parallel execution and platform optimization.

* Proficiency with Java 8+ features, advanced capabilities of TestNG/JUnit 5, and build automation tools like Maven/Gradle.

* Working knowledge of industry-standard tools for defect logging and test case management (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).

* Demonstrated ability to manage and successfully deliver multiple quality assurance projects with concurrent releases, often across distributed teams.

**Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)**

* Understanding of CI/CD practices and Lean DevOps methodologies.

* Experience with mobile testing frameworks like XCUI and/or Espresso.

* Familiarity with programming languages such as Kotlin or SWIFT.

* Prior experience within the financial or trading services industry.
