Submit and monitor facilities-related work orders, including warranty repairs or replacements, track status, follow up as needed, and assist in identifying trends or recurring issues to support efficient resource use. Support the development and maintenance of standard processes, templates, and procedural documentation.

Communication & Coordination
Draft and distribute routine communications related to facilities activities and project impacts using multiple platforms including email, websites, digital or physical signage, and printed materials. Coordinate updates across Student Affairs units, campus partners, consultants, and service providers, and respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity.

Asset & Inventory Support
Maintain accurate records for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other departmental assets. Track quotes, orders, deliveries, and installations; coordinate inventory and equipment moves; and support asset and space readiness efforts through consistent data tracking. Assist in compiling and organizing information from tracking tools and datasets to support operational reporting, planning, and long-term asset management efforts.

Additional Support
Provide general logistical and administrative support to the team, assist with coverage during staff absences or peak periods, and perform other related duties as assigned. Support the development, maintenance, and organization of policies, procedures, standard processes, templates, and procedural documentation related to facilities and operational activities.
