Primary Job Responsibility:
|
Lead and coordinate site-wide recruiting efforts, beginning with the development of accurate job profiles, effective prescreening, and the scheduling and coordination of interviews. Manage and administer the site's benefits open enrollment process and Wellness Program. Oversee and administer the site training program, including development, delivery, tracking, and documentation. The training program encompasses all regulatory and developmental training for site employees.

Description of Job Duties:
|
- Lead the full cycle recruiting process, including job postings, resume screening, phone interviews, and coordination of onsite interviews.
- Create, update, and maintain job profiles for new and existing positions.
- Administer and maintain the recruiting software systems.
- Conduct phone screens for qualified applicants and communicate job-related details, including duties, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and advancement opportunities.
- Coordinate and support new employee onboarding and initial training activities.
- Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and support ongoing benefits administration.
- Administer and support the site Wellness Program.
- Oversee the administration of the plant Learning Management System (LMS).
- Develop training materials, including computer-based training (CBT), lesson plans, and instructor-led training.
- Create and maintain lesson plans; support subject matter experts in developing and delivering training materials.
- Partner with plant personnel to plan, implement and track employee training and development programs.
- Conduct training classes as appropriate.
- Monitor, evaluate, or document training activities to assess program effectiveness.
- Track required, scheduled, and completed training; maintain accurate training records for all site personnel.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports on training status, including required versus completed training.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and aligned with corporate standards.
- Create, update, and distribute training documentation and reference materials for supervisors and employees.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

- Required Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
|
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Alternatively, five (5) years of relevant business or related discipline experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including written, and verbal communication.
- Working knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning principles, and training effectiveness measurement.

Preferred Skills:
|
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environment.
- Experience with Success Factors, ADP, Concur, Maximo, UKG Dimensions, ExxTend Learning.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data to support informed decision making.
