Here's What You'll Need:

• Prior experience in a clerical, administrative, or parts coordination role (non-entry level)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Comfort using phones, computers, and basic inventory or tracking systems
• Clear communication skills for working with vendors, customers, and shop staff
• Dependability, attention to detail, and accuracy in a busy automotive repair environment
• Ability to liftupto25 lbsand alternate between sitting and standing throughout the shift

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide professional, customer-focused support
• Order automotive repair parts and shop supplies as requested by technicians or leadership
• Track inventory levels, monitor usage, and ensure timely restocking
• Process parts returns and coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
• Support shop operations with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization
• Work closely with technicians to ensure parts are available to keep repairs on schedule
