Overview

The Partner Support Associate 2 provides responsive knowledgeable and proactive support to our global partners ensuring they have the tools resources and guidance needed to effectively sell deploy and support Hyland's solutions. This position collaborates with our Partner Business Managers and cross-functional internal stakeholders to deliver on an exceptional partner expeirence.



Responsibilities

    Provide territory support to an assigned group of Partner Business Managers and their associated Partners.
  • Manage the relationship between Hyland and an assigned group of Authorized Partners. This may include developing a joint business plan and executing on activities associated with driving mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue Ops Finance Legal Marketing Enablement) to marshal resources to support Partner strategies and resolve Partner challenges.
  • Take ownership and ensure proper and timely resolution of issues escalated from assigned PBMS and Partners.
  • Identify trends in partner feedback to recommend process improvements and enhance the partner experience.
  • Support annual Partner Business Planning Quarterly Partner Reviews and Monthly Partner Reporting by collecting and validating data on partner performance and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain and update partner data in CRM / PRM and partner management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of partner or channel support sales support customer account support
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
  • Good organizational multi-tasking attention to detail and time management skills
  • Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Good data gathering interviewing and analytical/problem solving skills
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners
  • Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Up to 20% travel time required
