Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator - Virtualization to design, deploy, and maintain the organization's virtual infrastructure. This role ensures the high availability, performance, and security of virtualized workloads supporting missioncritical applications across onpremises, cloud, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in VMware, HyperV, automation, and enterprisegrade virtualization operations. Key Responsibilities Virtual Infrastructure Engineering & Administration
Design, implement, and manage enterprise virtualization platforms including VMware ESXi, vSphere, and Microsoft HyperV.
Automation & Operational Efficiency
Monitoring, Performance & Capacity Management
Backup, Replication & Disaster Recovery
CrossTeam Collaboration & Integration
Documentation & Escalation Support

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
