The pay range for this position is $76,200-$119,100 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Market Success Manager to join our team. The Manager, Market Success is responsible for increasing the Company's volume and market share in defined market(s) through individual contributions and leadership and management of the local sales team. This role is responsible for the ownership of and leadership responsibilities for, defined market revenue and volume growth objectives, in addition to growing and strengthening the Company's existing customer relationships and leadership of zone and nation-wide sales and marketing initiatives. This is a fulltime position.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(40%) Deliver Territory and Market Volume/Sales Objectives
1. Identify, develop and execute new sales opportunities within territory, market and zone, including new customer segments, new products and service lines, new accounts, etc.
2. Partner with radiologists to market existing and new product lines (clinical services), to new and existing clients
3. Deliver and/or coordinate educational presentations to existing and prospective clients on emerging applications offered by the Company
4. Conduct and/or coordinate educational and marketing seminars at local and national trade shows
5. Facilitate and lead monthly sales and marketing conference call with the Marketing department
6. Monitor performance and profitability of services offered for assigned market(s)
7. Proactively collaborate with the Marketing department on development and execution of sales strategies for market and zone initiatives
8. Maintain productive relationships with customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service and support
9. Respond to customer and patient complaints and partner with operations leaders on appropriate service recovery
10. Establish and maintain strong working relationship with sales, center team members, operations and Radiologists
11. Document and maintain all customer contact/activity and information in customer relationship management system as well as in related internal information systems
12. Assist market leader in payor relations by monitoring payor referral activity and providing insight on new payor opportunities that help meet business objectives


(40%) Team Leadership
1. Hires, trains, coaches and develops sales team, leveraging the Market Leadership, Sales Leadership and Human Resources as appropriate
2. Provides day-to-day management of the sales team, including:

a. Setting goals, targets, metrics and expectations, including leading the annual budget planning process
b. Regular assessment, coaching and documentation of sales performance to achieve sales goals and business objectives
3. Schedule and complete regular one-on-ones and ride-alongs with the sales team
4. Schedule and lead regular sales team (and other market-level) meetings to assess strategies and tactics to drive volumes
5. Ensure utilization of customer database (salesforce.com) within the team, consistent with company standards and expectations
6. Identify developmental opportunities and projects to grow sales team skills
7. Successfully lead change management initiatives
8. Collaborates with the Medical Director and Radiologists; serves as a resources for them including attending meetings and presenting sales updates
9. Manage the market-wide marketing and promotion budget with Market and Zone Leadership
10. Function as a sales resource (SME) for corporate departments


(15%) Target Market Research & Analysis
1. With Market and Sales leadership, facilitates and support the strategic planning process
2. Develops market targeting and segmentation strategies, by product line, for defined market
3. Partners with market leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing and territory plans to ensure profitable growth and increased market share
4. Takes leadership role in identifying key strategic customers for business development opportunities and works with Market Leadership to grow relationships and market through these activities
5. Conducts on-going market research to identify new opportunities, applications and trends
6. Provides management with market intelligence and competitive analysis reports
7. Partners with Market and Sales Leadership to identify, develop and implement market, zone, and nation-wide initiatives, products, service lines and projects


(5%) Completes Other Duties and Projects as Assigned

Required:
1. Associate degree in business, marketing, or related field, or the equivalent in relevant and applicable experience
2. One (1) year experience using Microsoft Excel workbooks & spreadsheets
3. Experience in healthcare marketing and sales
4. Experience leading and/or mentoring others
5. Travel is required; a reliable means of transportation is required.
6. Valid driver's license and proof of current insurance is required for the team member to personally drive a vehicle for company business (regardless of whether it's a company or personal vehicle)

Preferred:
1. Bachelor's, or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related and applicable field
2. Five (5) years' experience in an Account Executive/Senior Account Executive role
3. Eight (8) years' marketing and sales experience preferably in diagnostic imaging field
4. Previous experience managing a team of direct reports
